Trinity In-Home Care is a licensed home health agency providing the following

Support is available on a private-pay basis according to a sliding scale as well as via various programs such as Home & Community Based Servcies, Older American's Act, and Senior Care Act.  The state provides support for in-home services because it's much less expensive than nursing facility care.
