Trinity In-Home Care provides non-medical, in-home care to individuals of all ages in Douglas County.  Trinity works with each client and family individually to determine how to best meet their specific needs.  Care is scheduled based on the client’s needs and preferences.  There is a two hour minimum for care, and care can be provided as often as 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Parents and caregivers of children with disabilities need an occasional break! Trinity In-Home Care is proud to offer a free child care program for children ages 0-8 with special needs and their siblings. This program is offered two Saturdays each month and is sponsored by the Douglas County Community Foundation.

HCBS Services & Self-Directed Care
Trinity In-Home Care affiliates with the local Community Developmental Disabilities Organization (CDDO) and Independent Living Center to provide supportive home care and respite for individuals receiving HCBS, MR/DD, PD, and FE funding from the State. Providers or teams are trained to meet the individual’s needs to enhance independent living. If you are eligible for self-directed care, we provide HCBS payroll services. Clients may hire/request specific staff.

REQUESTING CARE
Your call is welcome. A home visit will be scheduled to establish care arrangements based on your needs & requests.
