Scott Criqui - HR & Volunteer Manager scott@tihc.org
Scott started at Trinity In-Home Care in June 2007 as the Human Resource Manager. Scott has been part of the Lawrence non-profit sector since 1998. Prior to employment at Trinity In-Home Care, Scott worked for Headquarters Counseling Center and Hospice Care of Douglas County. Scott holds a Baccalaureate Degree in Psychology and Communication Studies and a Masters Degree in Human Resources Management. Scott's passions include advocacy and human rights.

Kelly Evans - Executive Director kelly@tihc.org
Kelly has been a licensed social worker since 2002 and is a graduate of the University of Kansas. Kelly began work at Trinity in 2003 and was named Executive Director in 2006. Kelly has worked with a variety of organizations including Best Buddies, the Kansas Lifespan Respite Coalition, Community Living Opportunities, Older Women's League, the Douglas County Coalition on Aging, the Lawrence Chamber of Commerce, and Leadership Lawrence. Kelly is a Lawrence native and enjoys spending free time outside with her husband and two sons.

Dave Flippin - Finance Manager dave@tihc.org
Dave joined the Trinity staff in February 2007. Dave is a Wichita State University graduate with Baccalaureate Degrees in Finance and Economics. Before joining the Trinity team, Dave worked for Foot Locker Logistics, Sprint PCS, and Intrust Bank. Dave manages all payroll and billing for Trinity, ensuring all 200 employees are paid, information is accurate, and all 8 programs are billed regularly. Dave believes that you can not do all the good the world needs, but the world needs all the good you can do.

Mickey Dick - Client Services Manager mickey@tihc.org
Mickey began as Trinity's Social Worker in May 2006. She is a graduate of the University of Kansas, with a baccalaureate degree in Social Welfare. Before joining Trinity's staff, Mickey worked as Social Services Director at Pioneer Ridge Retirement Community in Lawrence, KS. Before starting her own family, she was involved with Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Douglas County and Lawrence Parks and Recreation. Mickey is passionate about aging issues and end of life care, as well as providing respite for caregivers in the community.

Erin Taylor -Imagine Program Director erin@tihc.org
Erin's employment with Trinity began in June 2009, 6 months before the opening of Imagine Drop-In Childcare. Erin has worked to develop policies, activities, and schedules unique to Lawrence's first exclusively Drop-In Childcare. Erin has a Master's Degree in Social Welfare from KU, and enjoys spending time with her daughter, Addie. In 2011, Erin served as one of the St. Patrick's Day queen candidates, helping to raise $22,000 for Imagine Drop-In Childcare.

Jennifer Schwartz - Care Coordinator jennifer@tihc.org
Trinity was fortunate to welcome Jennifer to our staff in 2010. As a long-time advocate for people with disabilities, Jennifer provides a wealth of policy information. Jennifer served as Executive Director of KACIL, the Kansas Association for Centers of Indpedendent Living before coming to Trinity. Jennifer is active in the community, providing insight on statewide policy decisions and working to promote independent living for all people.

Kirsty Elliott - Development Coordinator kirsty@tihc.org
Kirsty began as part-time Development Coordinator in June 2011 and immediately began work creating a fun, new fundraising event called Rally for Respite for Trinity. As a long-time tennis pro, creating and running a tennis event supporting Trinity's mission is a dream come true for Kirsty. Before joining Trinity, Kirsty helped support the meals program of Douglas County Senior Services, and worked as a tennis pro for many years. Kirsty also works at the Jayhawk Tennis Center and enjoys time with her husband, two children, and mother.

Leonora Barker - Office Volunteer leonora@tihc.org
Leonora has been a Trinity volunteer since 1990. She is a longtime resident of Lawrence, and worked at the University of Kansas for over 20 years. Leonora stays busy attending KU alumni events, church events, and rooting on the Jayhawks. Leonora is an active volunteer for many organizations who benefit greatly from her positive energy, willingness to help, and numerous skills and experiences.
